From Brilliant Plan to Very Expensive Problem

Date: Wednesday, 30 September 2026
Time: 2:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (BST)
Venue: Merchant Taylors’ Hall, London

Please save the date for our upcoming annual Construction Event, taking place on Wednesday, 30 September, at Merchant Taylors’ Hall in London.

This year, we are introducing a new format featuring two expert-led panel discussions followed by a drinks reception in the courtyard.

For our theme, Construction Disputes – From Brilliant Plan to Very Expensive Problem, Kroll’s leading experts will examine the critical challenges surrounding delay and disruption, quantum analysis, project and construction management, damages and technical issues. They will also explore how, even with the most carefully considered plans, a single issue can escalate into a very costly problem.

Join us for practical insights into how top experts anticipate risks, resolve disputes and drive stronger project outcomes.

We look forward to welcoming you.
